The project comprises the removal of existing windows, doors and curtain walling with installation of new aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling complete with teleflex handles. The replacement of the existing roof coverings and rainwater goods with new 25 year warranty roof covering and powder coated rainwater goods. Works also included external DDA ramps and handrails, remedial works to suspended ceilings, internal partitions, floor coverings and decorations.
