This Project involved the Refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town Hall at Wednesbury for Sandwell MBC. The project involved internal demolition works, new period windows, bespoke cash desk and reception counters, Mechanical and Electrical works, Air conditioning, complete decorations, partitioning, suspendered ceilings, vinyl floor coverings, Interface carpet tiles, Brinton’s carpets, Bushboard IPS and WC cubicles, Automated door access, Terrazzo floor repairs and cleaning of the existing quarry tiled floors.
